Full-time, Part-time ASSEMBLY LINE OPERATOR
Job description
BEFCO is currently hiring assembly line operators for full-time or part-time positions to assist with the assembly and packaging of machinery at its factory in Rocky Mount NC.
Assembly line operators are in charge of a particular process of production on the assembly line. They work using their hands with the help of manual or pneumatic tools to assemble farm machinery. Assembly line operators are also in charge of ensuring product quality as they are in charge of inspecting every product coming out of the assembly line.
Qualifications
- Ability to to lift weights up to 60 lbs.
- Detail oriented, focused on performing repetitive tasks correctly
- Ablility to work while remaining standing for extended periods during the day
- Ability to follow instructions given by the assembly line supervisor

Work schedule
Weekdays 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30 minute lunch).
Employee must be able to work overtime and Saturdays when needed.
